Learning and changing isn’t a dirty word, in order to understand and evolve we need to open our minds to the possibilities that we may need to unlearn and relearn in order to grow, both on an individual and organisational level.
We know that when you create a culture that enables everyone to start a conversation and learn, it has positive impacts for all. Without individuals being able to bring their authentic self to work you risk losing their unique self. It’s crucial that we make conscious steps to breakdown the walls that stop people from contributing and growing.
