Terms: 

Any recordings or transcripts will only be shared as part of the consultancy/education & training process and for the sole purpose of ensuring consistent understanding by Let’s Harmanise Ltd to carry out the best possible results from the contractual activities. 

 

Rights: 

You will have the opportunity to withdraw your consent at any time, for recordings or transcripts taken by confirming so in writing. 

 

We have a legal obligation to process safeguarding related data about your employees should we have concerns about their welfare. 

 

The lawful basis on which we use this information: 

We collect and use client and employee information for the purposes of a contractual arrangement. 

 

We may request this information from you via several different methods: 

Direct email 

Via phone conversations 

Online meetings 

In Person 

Contractual agreement 

 

How long do we retain your data? 

Your personal data will be retained for a two-year period after your contractual agreement expires. 

 

How do we protect your data? 

We protect unauthorised access to your personal data and prevent it from being lost, accidentally destroyed, misused or disclosed by keeping it password protected.  We will never share your data with any other organisation to use for their own purposes. 

 

Requesting access to your personal data:
